1. Scope
This notice applies to the Peakspan website at peakspan.ae and the private-preview experience it provides. Peakspan is not currently operating online checkout on this site.
2. Website data
Peakspan has not added advertising trackers, an audience-analytics service or marketing cookies to this preview. The hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site.
- Language
- Your selected language may be stored in your browser's local storage under
peakspan-language. It stays on your device until you clear it or change the preference. - Sound
- The film soundscape is optional and starts only after your action. The setting applies to the active page session and is not retained by the site. Audio is generated in the browser; no microphone recording is used.
- Motion and data saving
- The site reads browser or device preferences such as reduced motion and data-saving mode so it can reduce animation and media loading. Peakspan does not store those signals.
- Technical delivery
- As with most hosted websites, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, time, requested path and browser identifier to deliver and protect the site. Peakspan has not added a separate analytics profile to this preview.
3. Messages you choose to send
The preview-interest control and email links open your own email application. The website does not capture or submit the entered address or selected interests. Nothing reaches Peakspan until you choose Send in your email application.
If you send a message to [email protected], Peakspan receives the information included in that message and handles it as ordinary business correspondence. Please do not send medical records, payment-card details or other sensitive information. You may ask to stop receiving preview messages at any time.
4. External services
WhatsApp links take you to a service operated by Meta. Its processing is governed by its own terms and privacy notice. Your email provider and device software likewise operate independently of this website. Peakspan is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.
5. Handling and retention
Messages that you send may be retained as needed to answer the enquiry, maintain an appropriate record of the conversation, protect the service or meet applicable obligations. Access is intended to be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You can clear the language preference through your browser's site-data controls, decline sound, use reduced-motion settings, or avoid external contact links. To ask about access, correction or deletion of correspondence you sent, email [email protected]. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and technical limits.
